Job Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial schedules.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including SST (where applicable), EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other financial regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience for Accounts Executive or 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience for Senior Accounts Executive.
• Experience in the F&B, Retail, FMCG, or Food Distribution industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in handling full sets of accounts, AP, AR, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
