<h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.</li>
<li>Ensure accounting records are accurate and maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.</li>
<li>Monitor cash flow, payments, collections, and account reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare journal entries, accruals, and financial schedules.</li>
<li>Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including SST (where applicable), EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other financial regulations.</li>
<li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.</li>
</ul>
