Trans Elite Group Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 November 1988 with principal activities being repairs, trading and rental of cranes for Heavy Lifting, Machinery Installation and Erection of Container Cranes. From its humble beginning, the Company has accumulated a wide range of experience to become an expert crane service provider known for efficiency and reliability.
With over 30 years of track record, the Company has completed numerous rigging and heavy lifting projects for Oil &amp; Gas Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Power Stations, Civil and Industrial Engineering sectors. Among notable projects which the company had participated in included the Reactor Installation at Shell Oil and Gas Refinery, Container Crane Erection in Westport, Port Klang, Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor and Penang Port, as well as the launching of beams for the Kuala Lumpur Monorail, Drier Erection for the MTBE project in Kuantan, the Lifting of a 90 tonnes &amp; 300 tonnes Tunnel Boring Machine for the LRT project &amp; Smart Project, the Lifting and Positioning of Convection Modules for the EMSB project in Kerteh and the Lifting of a 200 Tonnes Beam in Butterworth for the heaviest pedestrian bridge in Malaysian history.
Trans Elite Group is also the Sole &amp; Exclusive Distributor of Zoomlion to market, distribute and provide efficient After Sales Service of Zoomlion renown mobile cranes, crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes and rotary drilling rigs since year 2010 in Malaysia. Since then, we have sold more than 300 units of Zoomlion products, claiming the best-selling Chinese construction machinery brand in Malaysia. Zoomlion is a premium brand from China and they are partially owned by the Chinese Government. The product is proven in quality and competitive in price.  With good track record in the construction industry and expertise in sales and quality after sales service, Zoomlion product is set to be the trend-setter in the construction industry.

&nbsp;We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Assistant to support our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll, recruitment, training development, and also willing to push for continuous improvements in HR functions. 
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance Management &amp; Payroll Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist with payroll processing and other related administrative tasks.</li>
<li>Review and verify employee timesheets for accuracy, cross-referencing with dockets, attendance records, and leave applications.</li>
<li>Monitor daily attendance and ensure proper recording of clock-ins and clock-outs.</li>
</ul>
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Assist in candidate screening, and interview scheduling.</li>
<li>Support in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employee records, and conducting orientation.</li>
</ul>
Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D)
<ul>
<li>Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and attendance tracking.</li>
<li>Maintain training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; HR Support:
<ul>
<li>Collect dockets daily and prepare the Monthly Docket Collection Summary, ensuring all required documents (e.g., crane checklist, greasing forms) are complete.</li>
<li>Handle HR documentation, filing, and data entry.</li>
<li>Support HR and management in additional tasks as required.</li>
</ul>
