An extraordinarily talented group of individuals work together every day to drive TNS' success, from both professional and personal perspectives.&nbsp; Come join the excellence!<h2></h2><h2>Overview</h2>The Administrative Support area is responsible for providing administrative support to management teams or product areas.<h2></h2><h2>Responsibilities</h2>Essential responsibilities include:<ul><li>Manages correspondence by responding emails and sorting mail/ packages</li><li>Manages outgoing deliveries and couriers for staff</li><li>Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary</li><li>Managing front-end communication with visitors and clients</li><li>Ensures adherence to relevant company administrative procedures and policies</li><li>Assists to set up new user profile with travel agents for staffs’ traveling purpose</li><li>Assists in planning and arranging in-house events, including organizing catering</li><li>Assists in raising purchase requisitions for all office administration, facilities account/finance requests</li><li>Liaising with the business to confirm goods/services are received according to the PO</li><li>Handles reconciliation of corporate credit cards expense report including follow-up invoices from requester prior submission of report</li><li>Maintains stationery and office stock lists and orders office supplies as needed</li><li>Handles business card orders for all staff</li><li>Manages staff requests/ reports/ issues related to office and common areas management within building</li><li>Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment including engaging contractors for installations/fit outs and arranging maintenance of air conditioning, kitchen appliances, lights etc.</li><li>Manages access keys for building and tenancy, and access cards for staffs, visitors and engaged contractors</li><li>Attends meetings organized by the Building Management on the building updates when requested</li><li>Performing other ad-hoc duties when needed</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Experience/Qualifications:</h3>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Demonstrate professionalism, cooperation, courtesy, assertiveness and maintain confidences.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Provide back-up support to management.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;BA degree preferred.If you are passionate about technology, love personal growth and opportunity, come see what TNS is all about!TNS is an equal opportunity employer.
