Job Description

Company Asset Management

  • To purchase stores’ monthly orders and stock control of the material.
  • Responsible to plan, monitor and track on the order’s delivery status.
  • Responsible to issue purchase order, performs good receiving and process invoice on a timely manner.
  • Responsible on the loose equipment transfer arrangement between stores as well as the maintenance of the company loose assets.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of:
    • Cleanliness of stores in planning and arranging regular cleaning, ventilation cleaning with the vendor.
    • Maintenance of Fire Extinguisher including yearly renewal.
    • Maintenance of all security related facility and devices such as fire alarm security system, CCTV & etc.
  • Frequent communication with vendors for all orders and maintenance in ensuring service level is up to UNIQLO standard.
  • Respond and re-assign maintenance request from store to vendors on a timely manner.

Loss Prevention

  • Liaise with the vendor on security guards’ arrangement for ad hoc request such as late hour workings or any special arrangements as directed by the relative department.
  • Maintain and update the syndicate/ thieves record regularly in the master list to ensure all stores have the latest information on a timely manner.
  • Provide supports to the involved parties on any supporting documents for shoplifting case such as CCTV footage, invoice, surat pengesahan, etc.

Job Requirement

  • Required education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree and above.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Possess strong Excel skills such as VlookUp, Pivot table to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  • With good communication skills.
  • Ability to display growth mindset to drive the works efficiency.
  • Self-driven and able to drive fresh initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Have strong integrity, discipline and honesty at all times.
