We are currently looking for a reliable as well as organized Admin and Operations Executive to support daily administration and business operations and to ensure smooth coordination between different departments.&nbsp;

<h2>What you will do?</h2>
<ul>
<li>To handle general administrative tasks (manage office documentation, filing systems, company records, and data entry tasks).</li>
<li>To update and manage spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.</li>
<li>To assist in stock receiving, stock arrangement, and periodic stock counting.</li>
<li>To facilitate communication and coordination between departments.</li>
<li>To liaise with vendors, clients, and courier services providers.</li>
<li>To answer phone calls, messages and multiple online platforms enquiries.</li>
<li>To support day-to-day coordination.</li>
<li>To serve and assist walk-in customers with professional and friendly consultation.</li>
<li>To maintain the cleanliness in the office and packaging area.</li>
<li>To pack products according to the order list from multiple online platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada).</li>
<li>To organize and manage packed parcels for courier pick-up (e.g., Ninja Van).</li>
<li>To track parcels, monitor delivery status, and follow-up to ensure timely dispatch and successful delivery.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
