Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a HR and Admin Intern to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative activities and HR related tasks.
<ul>
<li>Managing front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks</li>
<li>Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office</li>
<li>Schedule and follow up an appointment with the client</li>
<li>Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary/ take down messages</li>
<li>Manage couriers and deliveries. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.</li>
<li>Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk</li>
<li>Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication</li>
<li>Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.</li>
<li>Order stationery and keep inventory of stock.</li>
<li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing</li>
<li>Any ad hoc assigned to you from time to time.</li>
</ul>
