Job Description

 What You’ll Do: 

• Assist in the preparation and processing of pharmaceutical orders and deliveries.
• Support the maintenance of accurate records for pharmaceutical inventory and logistics activities.
• Assist in inventory control tasks, including stock counts, expiry tracking, and audits.
• Help ensure compliance with storage requirements and good distribution practices (GDP).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
• Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping related to pharmacy logistics.
• Work closely with pharmacy and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For: 

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Diploma or Degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Can speak in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
