Job Description

• To take responsibility for the business development and sales generation of the Company as well as elevating the brand identity of the Company. 
• Strategic marketing. To formulate an annual marketing plan and budget.  
• To ensure standards of marketing material and outputs are maintained across the Company. To prepare and maintain up-to-date marketing materials.  
• To obtain information on potential prospects, build relationship with key market information providers. To prepare and maintain up-to-date marketing databases.  
• Help to formulate and implement pre and post bid strategies. To take the lead in submission presentations, preparation techniques and submission preparation / development.  
• Brand building and maintenance. Help to maintain the Company’s brand values and visual identity. 

Job Requirements

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. 
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
