Reporting to SVP Global Rights and Royalties based in the UK, this role will drive strategic direction, operational excellence, and regional alignment for Warner Chappell Music’s royalty processing hubs of APAC in Malaysia.The successful candidate will oversee and complete royalty cycles for the responsible territories, including but not limited to HK, China, Taiwan, ASEAN, South Korea, in the region. You will lead a dedicated team responsible for the matching, ingestion and reconciliation of inbound royalty distribution data into Warner Chappell Music’s proprietary copyright and royalty system. In addition to operational oversight, this role acts as the regional representative to drive process improvement, change management, and strategic alignment across territories in the Asia Pacific region.
