Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, partnerships, and referrals
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Promote training programs, workshops, and consulting services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead conversion
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM or internal systems
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to Management
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Experience in training, education, financial services, or B2B sales is a plus
