Job Description
- Design and structure training programs eligible for HRDF claims
- Develop course materials, slides, assessments, and post-training reports
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and speakers to ensure program quality
- Coordinate logistics: venue, online platforms, manpower, AV, and vendors
- Manage HRDF submission process, claims documentation, and audits
- Conduct rehearsals, live delivery, and post-event evaluations
- Monitor participant engagement, attendance, and satisfaction
- Identify improvements for future HRDF programs and conferences
Job Requirements
- 3 years experience in training, HRDF-claimable programs, or events
- Strong knowledge of HRDF requirements and compliance
- Project management skills, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented
- Experience in corporate training, workshops, and conferences
- Familiar with online learning platforms and hybrid event setups
