Responsibilities :
Quotation Management: Generate comprehensive quotations for customers, inclusive of import and&nbsp;
export for sea freight.&nbsp;
2) Cross-Border Logistics: Advise customers on cross-border procedures and provide corresponding&nbsp;
quotations.&nbsp;
3) Sales Support: Assist sales personnel with inquiries related to quotations.&nbsp;
4) External Provider Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers such as shipping lines and&nbsp;
agents to secure optimal terms.&nbsp;
5) Shipment Updates: Provide timely updates to agents/customers regarding shipment status, including&nbsp;
cargo details, shipping documentation, and other relevant information.&nbsp;
6) Internal Coordination: Issue instructions to the operation/forwarding department to ensure seamless&nbsp;
execution of tasks.
