We’re Hiring: Human Resource Executive

Join our expanding organization and grow your career with us! As a Human Resource Executive, you will play an important role in supporting key HR functions, contributing to a positive workplace culture, and exploring opportunities for career advancement.

·       Support overall HR functions and daily HR operations

·       Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding, safety, equipment handling, soft skills, and supervisory training programs.

·       Manage training calendars, attendance tracking, evaluation, and all documentation including HRDC applications and claims.

·       Coordinate with internal trainers or external training providers to ensure effective program delivery.

·       Support employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs across shifts and locations.

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters/contracts.

·       Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, campus hiring, referrals, and labor contractors.

·       Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

·       Manage foreign worker–related matters including permit renewals and disciplinary issues

·       Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.

·       Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and exit processes.

·       Participate in compliance audits such as customer audits and ISO audits.


Job Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and/or training. Experience in a logistics environment will be an added advantage.
  • Legal knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR practices to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees.
