We are looking for a Admin Assistant who is passionate, proactive, and versatile to support our fast-paced and growing team. This role is a hybrid of marketing, operations, and team support, with a strong focus on data analytics, content management, and workspace coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Data &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Key in and manage marketing and sales data accurately.</li>
<li>Provide reports on performance trends and suggest improvements.</li>
</ul>
Workspace Setup &amp; Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Assist in building and organizing the live room/office space from scratch.</li>
<li>Ensure all live streaming equipment and tools are functioning well.</li>
<li>Manage and ensure the functionality of office infrastructure.</li>
</ul>
Content &amp; Live Management
<ul>
<li>Manage and schedule live hosting sessions.</li>
<li>Coordinate and motivate live host team members, especially those with lower performance.</li>
<li>Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and boost sales.</li>
<li>Create, plan and manage content especially on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.</li>
</ul>
Team Monitoring &amp; Motivation
<ul>
<li>Monitor attendance and performance of team members.</li>
<li>Provide encouragement, motivation and skills enhancement guidance for underperforming team members.</li>
</ul>
Internal Communication
<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively with HQ regarding requirements, feedback, and service matters.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and alignment with company goals.</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; Management Tasks
<ul>
<li>Ensure the overall office environment is well-managed.</li>
<li>Oversee equipment, furniture, and live room setup to ensure functionality and readiness.</li>
<li>Address and resolve minor operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.</li>
</ul>
