About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and data management. You will work closely with the HR team and gain exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparation of documents, systems access, and orientation materials.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Help manage HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support payroll-related data collection (e.g., attendance, leave records) when required.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Support initiatives related to culture-building and internal communication.

4. Policy & Compliance

  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies or SOPs.
  • Help ensure employee files and HR processes comply 


Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR tools or HRIS platforms (e.g., Talenox)
