<h2><br><strong>About the Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented <strong>HR Intern</strong> to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and data management. You will work closely with the HR team and gain exposure to HR processes in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<h2><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.</li>
<li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.</li>
<li>Support new hire onboarding processes, including preparation of documents, systems access, and orientation materials.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. HR Operations &amp; Administration</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.</li>
<li>Help manage HRIS and ensure data accuracy.</li>
<li>Support payroll-related data collection (e.g., attendance, leave records) when required.<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Employee Engagement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in organizing internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities.</li>
<li>Support initiatives related to culture-building and internal communication.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Policy &amp; Compliance</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting and updating HR policies or SOPs.</li>
<li>Help ensure employee files and HR processes comply&nbsp;</li>
