<p>Your responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Source and attract the best talent in the market on behalf of our customers</li>
<li>Bring our find and engage methodology to life using tools and technology to apply sourcing techniques that will identify target talent pools and active/passive candidates</li>
<li>Be seen as the sourcing expert, demonstrating knowledge of the talent landscape and relevant candidate attraction strategies.</li>
<li>Increase direct fill rates, reduce time to hire and maximise fees</li>
<li>Conduct intake briefing calls with the hiring manager and client partner at the requisition creation stage.</li>
<li>Provide advice on an appropriate route to market and agree to a sourcing strategy</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with an on-site team</li>
</ul>
