Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. &nbsp;Reimagine What’s Possible PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Manage the controlled documents through relevant tools (including eMOC/OpenText etc.) in compliance with ISO 9001 and company process requirements.</li><li>Manage the authority of library controls access for different users’ tier.</li><li>Provide necessary support to the site contact/stakeholders in reminding the document owner &amp; subject matter expert before the controlled document due.</li><li>Provide document change progress status for each library under Policies, Standards &amp; Procedure (PSP) and Project Delivery Organization (PDO) BMS community.</li><li>Comply to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established within the team &amp; KPI set during beginning of every fiscal year.</li><li>Any ad-hoc duties that assigned by her/his superior as deemed necessary.</li></ul>JOB REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Business related or equivalent.</li><li>Min. 1-2 years of Document Controller experience; Experience under shared services organization will be an added advantage.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, if necessary.</li><li>Attentive to detail, prioritization and having self-initiative and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.</li><li>Possess good communication skill and time management skill.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications; Experience of SharePoint and OpenText documentation systems is an additional advantage</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard Requirements &amp; document control management preferred.</li></ul>We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
