Key Responsibilities: 1. Timesheet &amp; Administration
<ul>
<li>Collate, validate and verification of timesheets, overtime claims, and variable components, weekly or monthly timesheets from contractors or clients/consultants</li>
<li>Follow up with contractors on missing/unapproved timesheets.</li>
<li>Record reimbursements, allowances, overtime, and other payroll?related transactions.</li>
</ul>

<li>Managing and updating the leave tracker and responding to contractors/consultants on queries related to leaves and payslips</li>
<li>Support onboarding by sending out welcome emails, addition of contractors for insurance and workmen injury compensation act.</li>
<li>Coordinate off?boarding of contractors.</li>

<li>CV Registration &amp; Branding </li>
</ol>

<li>Supports consultants on their candidate registration and formatting of CVs requests</li>
<li>Placement and change requests compliance checks for the sales teams</li>
<li>Conducts candidate reference checks over phone as per consultant's request</li>

<li>Administrative Duties</li>

<li>Assisting with quarterly MOM data collection and updates to Seven20</li>
<li>External third-party employment verification for ex-contractors.</li>
<li>Ad hoc support, providing assistance on tasks as needed by team members or management</li>
