The Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the day-to-day people operations of our growing hospitality team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields who want hands-on exposure to HR work in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation (attendance tracking, allowances, OT, claims, etc.)
  • Maintain and update HR records — staff files, onboarding documents, contract expiry dates, etc.
  • Keep track of office equipment and asset allocation (e.g., laptops, access cards, phones, uniforms, SIM cards)
  • Help manage attendance and leave records and follow up with employees when needed
  • Assist in the recruitment process — reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, and contacting candidates
  • Perform general HR administrative duties and support any HR tasks when needed

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Students or fresh graduates in HR / Business Admin / Psychology or similar fields
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Eager to learn and proactive in taking initiative
  • Enjoys working in an environment where things move fast and responsibilities grow over time

 

Requirements

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3 months preferred)
  • Based in Klang Valley & able to work on-site at KLCC office
  • High professionalism and respect for confidentiality

  • Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
    • Local citizens of this country
    • Permanent residents (PR) of this country
    • Candidates who already have a work permit for this country
