<h3>The Role</h3>
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the day-to-day people operations of our growing hospitality team. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates from Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields who want hands-on exposure to HR work in a fast-moving startup environment.

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with monthly payroll preparation (attendance tracking, allowances, OT, claims, etc.)</li>
<li>Maintain and update HR records — staff files, onboarding documents, contract expiry dates, etc.</li>
<li>Keep track of office equipment and asset allocation (e.g., laptops, access cards, phones, uniforms, SIM cards)</li>
<li>Help manage attendance and leave records and follow up with employees when needed</li>
<li>Assist in the recruitment process — reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, and contacting candidates</li>
<li>Perform general HR administrative duties and support any HR tasks when needed</li>
</ul>
