<li>Develop, implement, and manage annual marketing plans to support business growth and brand objectives.</li>
<li>Translate brand strategies into actionable go-to-market campaigns and consumer communication plans.</li>
<li>Own and evolve the brand narrative to ensure relevance, consistency, and emotional connection with target audiences.</li>
<li>Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.</li>

<li>Campaign &amp; Product Launch Management</li>
</ol>

<li>Lead full-cycle marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including launch plans for new programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, HQ teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences.</li>
<li>Optimize A&amp;P budget allocation for maximum ROI, tracking performance and improving campaign effectiveness.</li>

<li>Digital &amp; Community Marketing</li>

<li>Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).</li>
<li>Grow and manage local parent communities through O2O (online-to-offline) strategies.</li>
</ul>
<ol>

<li>Offline Marketing &amp; Events</li>
</ol>

<li>Plan and manage 3–5 on-ground events per month, including mall activations, roadshows, and school talks.</li>
<li>Customize and localize marketing materials (flyers, banners, booths) to appeal to diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Build relationships and negotiate with venue owners to secure high-traffic locations for activations.</li>
</ul>

<li>线下营销与活动策划</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>策划并执行每月 3–5 场地推活动（如商场推广、校园宣讲、路演）</li>
<li>本地化设计宣传材料（传单、横幅、展位等）</li>
<li>与场地方建立良好合作关系，获取优质地段资源 </li>
</ul>

<li>Sales Enablement &amp; Business Development</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and B2C/B2B conversion.</li>
<li>Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and promotional campaigns targeting parents and institutions.</li>
<li>Develop marketing materials and sales kits tailored to schools, kindergartens, and parenting communities.</li>
</ul>
