Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:
- Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop, implement, and manage annual marketing plans to support business growth and brand objectives.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable go-to-market campaigns and consumer communication plans.
- Own and evolve the brand narrative to ensure relevance, consistency, and emotional connection with target audiences.
- Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.

- Campaign & Product Launch Management
- Lead full-cycle marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including launch plans for new programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, HQ teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
- Optimize A&P budget allocation for maximum ROI, tracking performance and improving campaign effectiveness.

- Digital & Community Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Grow and manage local parent communities through O2O (online-to-offline) strategies.

- Offline Marketing & Events
- Plan and manage 3–5 on-ground events per month, including mall activations, roadshows, and school talks.
- Customize and localize marketing materials (flyers, banners, booths) to appeal to diverse audiences.
- Build relationships and negotiate with venue owners to secure high-traffic locations for activations.

- 本地化设计宣传材料(传单、横幅、展位等)
- 与场地方建立良好合作关系,获取优质地段资源
- Sales Enablement & Business Development
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and B2C/B2B conversion.
- Conduct product demos, onboarding sessions, and promotional campaigns targeting parents and institutions.
- Develop marketing materials and sales kits tailored to schools, kindergartens, and parenting communities.
