Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

  1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
  • Develop, implement, and manage annual marketing plans to support business growth and brand objectives.
  • Translate brand strategies into actionable go-to-market campaigns and consumer communication plans.
  • Own and evolve the brand narrative to ensure relevance, consistency, and emotional connection with target audiences.
  • Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics.

  • Optimize A&P budget allocation for maximum ROI, tracking performance and improving campaign effectiveness.

  • Build relationships and negotiate with venue owners to secure high-traffic locations for activations.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications / 基本条件:

  • 4–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales-preferably in Education, EdTech, FMCG, real estate or other sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in executing offline activations and delivering measurable marketing ROI.
  • Strong grasp of brand strategy, campaign development, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in launching new products and managing go-to-market strategies end to end.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
