The role will lead a regional team of Business Development Officers (BDO), Area Managers (AM) and Territory Managers (TM) to aggressively expand the company’s market share by offering credit reporting, analytics and digital solutions tailored to SME business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRevenue Ownership· Own and achive the regional sales targets for SME customer acquisiton and upselling across the company’s digital products and servicesSales Strategy Execution· Translate Commercial Sales strategy into actionable plans.· Develop customer and territory plans and execute local go-to-market initiatives to maximise conversion and revenue.Pipeline Management · Monitor and optimise the regioal sales pipeline using the company’s customer relationship management platform. · Ensure forecasting accuracy and timely reporting on sales performance and market intelligence. Customer Development · Build relationships with key SME customers and industry associations. · Understand business pain points and position the company as a trusted partner offering credit decisioning and digital solutions to manage credit risk effectively. Collaboration &amp; Feedback · Work closely with marketing, technology and product teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demand. · Provide feedback to drive continuous product,technology and process improvements. Team Leadership · Hire, coach and manage a team of Business Development Officers, Area Managers and Territory Managers. · Provide hands-on leadership, training and manage performance to ensure sales targets are consistently met. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS · Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets · Number of new SME customer accounts acquired · Customer retention and upsell rate · Team performance and targets achieved · Pipeline activity metrics (meetings, proposals, pipeline health) </div> </div> <div id="MainContent_pSkill" class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Business or a relevant discipline Work Experience · 10+ years of business to business (B2B) sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role ·Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SME and/or fintech, digital products Skills &amp; Competencies ·Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data-driven sales strategies ·Strong understanding of credit reporting products and services or digital solutions for businesses preferred ·Strong communications and selling skills to be able to influence customers in their buying decisions · Strong stakeholder management for collaboration and win-win outcomes · Strong coaching and leadership development skills · A self-starter and able to work independently, while collaborating across teams · Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (fluency in Mandarin is advantageous) · Willing to travel across the assigned regions to deliver the role effectively </div> </div> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> </div> </div> <hr> <div class="form-group"> <div class="col-sm-12"> </div> </div>
