Annual Leave

14 days of medical leave. Entitlement as per employment contract or statutory law.

Medical Leave

Employees are entitled to paid holidays on gazetted Federal and State holidays. Replacement leave will be given if a holiday falls on Saturday.

Public Holiday

All confirmed employees are covered by the Company’s GPA and GHS.

Group Personal Accident (GPA) & Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance (GHS)

Confirmed employee will be eligible for three (3) days of marriage leave and is applicable for first legal marriage only.

Business Development serves as the initial point of contact for new potential clients who seek information about the products and services offered by the company. Henceforth, we are actively seeking a highly motivated business development professional who possesses a pleasant personality, strong active listening skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a passionate drive to cultivate strong relationships with customers.

 Responsibilities: 
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing technical solutions.&nbsp;
• Sales Strategy Development : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the IT industry.&nbsp;
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, and digital marketing campaigns.&nbsp;
• Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.&nbsp;
• Negotiation &amp; Closing : Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.&nbsp;
