Role Description

We are looking for an Administrative Executive to join our team in Cyberjaya. This full-time, on-site role involves managing enrollments and providing administrative support to ensure smooth training operations and a seamless client journey.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support to customers and the team.
• Prepare sales and operations related documents accurately and efficiently.
• Manage training documentation, student records, and administrative processes.
• Support daily administrative tasks, including report preparation and documentation.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth training program execution.
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with Mail Merge is a plus.
• Experience in handling HRD Corp grants or similar administrative processes is a plus.
• Passion for education, technology, and the drone industry.
