Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage and support the recruitment process across various departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
<h4>Talent Acquisition &amp; Sourcing</h4>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define role expectations.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Draft clear, engaging, and inclusive job descriptions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Source candidates using various platforms: job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus drives.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
</ul>
Candidate Screening &amp; Interview Coordination
<ul>
<li>Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria and role fit.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to assess candidates' skills and culture fit.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback promptly.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Recruitment Process Management</h4>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, HR databases.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in offer roll-outs, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal standards</li>
</ul>
Onboarding &amp; Offboarding
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, induction coordination, and system setups.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Conduct orientation sessions and assist new hires with settling in.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the offboarding process: organize exit interviews, coordinate final settlements, and ensure proper documentation.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track exit trends and provide insights for HR improvement strategies. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Employer Branding &amp; Engagement</h4>
<ul>
<li>Support employer branding efforts on platforms like LinkedIn and during campus events or job fairs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help drive initiatives that promote the organization as an employer of choice. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>Reporting &amp; Analytics</h4>
<ul>
<li>Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratios.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and hiring status reports for HR leadership. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<h4>General HR Support &amp; Ad Hoc Tasks</h4>
<ul>
<li>Assist the HR Manager or senior HR team members with daily operations, HR documentation, and project-based tasks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, audits, compliance checks, and other HR functions as required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Take on ad hoc responsibilities as assigned, ensuring flexibility and reliability in handling varying tasks. &nbsp;</li>
