Job Description

To support the corporate expansion of a Singapore-based financial advisory team. This role is responsible for building a robust pipeline of SME and mid-sized corporate clients for Employee Benefits and General Insurance solutions through targeted research, lead generation, and proposal support.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Research target companies across Singapore using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Job Street, and business directories.
  •  Identify HR and decision-maker contacts and maintain accurate databases.
  •  Send outreach emails or LinkedIn messages using prepared templates.
  •  Coordinate introductory calls between Singapore advisors and potential corporate clients.
  •  Prepare draft presentation decks and proposals using standardized templates.
  •  Track all outreach activities and response rates in Monday.com.
  •  Support marketing initiatives such as SME seminars and webinars (Affinity Ignite).
  •  Prepare weekly reports summarizing corporate leads, responses, and scheduled meetings.

Job Requirements

  •  Prefably Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or Communications.
  •  1–3 years of experience in B2B research, telesales, or lead generation.
  •  Strong written communication skills; comfortable in email and LinkedIn outreach.
  •  Familiarity with Excel / CRM tools; able to manage data systematically.
  •  Good command of English and Mandarin is advantageous.
