Job Description

    • Develop and execute international business development strategies to expand market presence.
    • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients across global markets while maintaining strong relationships with them with an emphasis on enhancing brand visibility and business opportunities.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive landscape.
    • Negotiate agreements, and business deals that align with the company's objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer success to ensure successful market penetration.
    • Monitor international sales performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights for growth.
    • Stay updated on international trade regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends to ensure compliance and adaptability.
    • Represent the company at global conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
    • Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

    • You possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
    • You have at least 3 years sales experience, in International business preferably in IT/software sales or medical related.
    • You are highly self-motived with a genuine drive to achieve/exceed sales target and expectations, with great problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and trade regulations.
    • Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close business deals.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel internationally as required.
    • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential for both written and verbal communication. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
