The Role:
We seek a proactive Sales Executive / Client Servicing Senior Executive to drive end-to-end client relationships and revenue growth. You will own the sales cycle—from lead generation to post-sales support—while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role offers uncapped commission, competitive bonuses, and a clear path for career advancement within our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full sales cycle: Proactively identify prospects, negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure seamless post-sale support.
  • Onboard new clients with efficiency and professionalism to build lasting partnerships.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through strategic communication (calls, emails, face-to-face meetings).
  • Expand and manage a client portfolio via consultative engagement and solution-based selling.
  • Develop compelling proposals, quotes, and project briefs (Jobsheets).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Traffic teams to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Monitor project flow: Track orders, follow up on POs/payments, and deliver premium after-sales support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Report performance metrics accurately to management daily/weekly.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (experience in advertising/marketing/creative industries preferred).
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and a hunger to maximize commission-based earnings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong relationship-building aptitude with a client-centric mindset.
