Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive plays a critical role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while ensuring a high level of employee engagement and HR compliance. This role is heavily focused on recruitment, with additional responsibilities in talent management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1.   Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition (50%)
<ul>
<li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.</li>
<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.</li>
<li>Develop effective sourcing strategies, including job portals, headhunting, networking, and social media recruitment.</li>
<li>Maintain an active talent pipeline to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements for hiring strategies</li>
</ul>
2.   Talent Management &amp; Development (20%)
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation of performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans.</li>
<li>Facilitate training and development programs, working with HRDF-claimable training providers.</li>
<li>Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Assist in career development initiatives, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.</li>
</ul>
3.   Employee Engagement &amp; Employer Branding (10%)
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.</li>
<li>Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and support action planning.</li>
<li>Organize recognition programs and internal communication initiatives.</li>
<li>Work with Marketing to enhance employer branding efforts through social media and career fairs.</li>
</ul>
4.  HR Compliance &amp; Policy Implementation (20%)
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR policies, employment laws, and company regulations are adhered to.</li>
<li>Assist in audits, employee relations matters, and workplace investigations when necessary.</li>
<li>Support in handling disciplinary cases, grievances, and dispute resolutions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate HR documentation, contracts, and records in compliance with legal standards.</li>
<li>Keep up-to-date with labor laws and advise on necessary HR policy updates.</li>
</ul>
