<p><strong>1. Employee Experience &amp; Business Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training sessions etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate with office management and service providers to maintain office facilities and ensure smooth daily administrative operations, including managing document and equipment delivery with dispatch staff.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience.</li>
<li>Assist with ad-hoc tasks and requests as they arise, ensuring timely and effective handling of unexpected duties that support overall business operations.</li>

<p><strong>2. Employee Data &amp; Information Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting.</li>

<p><strong>3. Employee Inbound &amp; Outbound Journey</strong></p>

<li>Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies.</li>
<li>Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return.</li>

<li>Manage the in-house recruitment portal, filter candidates, and support the hiring process by coordinating assessments and interviews.</li>
