Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Employee Experience & Business Support

  • Support the organization of company events such as employee engagement programmes, town hall meetings, client meetings, training sessions etc.
  • Coordinate with office management and service providers to maintain office facilities and ensure smooth daily administrative operations, including managing document and equipment delivery with dispatch staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to support office management tasks, ensuring a positive and meaningful employee experience.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and requests as they arise, ensuring timely and effective handling of unexpected duties that support overall business operations.

2. Employee Data & Information Management

  • Maintain and update employee data in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support HR data analysis by compiling and synthesizing relevant data for recruitment, retention, and workforce productivity reporting.

3. Employee Inbound & Outbound Journey

  • Coordinate and deliver an excellent onboarding experience for new employees, including data entry into HRMS, preparation of work equipment, and answering queries related to company policies.
  • Support the offboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of exit formalities, including document processing, and work equipment return.

4. Recruitment

  • Manage the in-house recruitment portal, filter candidates, and support the hiring process by coordinating assessments and interviews.

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  3. Excellent command of English.
  4. Eagerness to learn and contribute to various HR functions.
  5. Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accurate records.
  6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. Independent and possess high levels of initiative.
  8. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to take on ad-hoc assignments and new challenges. 
  10. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  11. Previous internship or part-time experience in Human Resources or administrative support is a plus but not required.
  12. Minimum internship duration of 12 weeks or 3 months.
