Position Overview:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments and receipts. This role involves handling invoices, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication and documentation.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software. They will support the finance team by monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Manage &amp; lead the finance function day to day operations of overall account and financial activities. (AP, AR, GL, Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation, etc.)</li>
<li>Responsible for the overall preparation of management and financial reports with management requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers, keep abreast of new government policy regarding financial reporting, payrolls, compliance and tax submission.</li>
<li>Submit Monthly statutory compliance and filing works.</li>
<li>Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.</li>
<li>Providing administrative support, such as filing, document management, and responding to general inquiries</li>
