Qualifications and requirements:   

• Diploma or Degree in Business studies, Logistics or an Admin related qualification.
• At least 2 – 3 years of good work record in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management.
• Ability to multi-task and a good team player.

Job Requirements

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient handling of all procurement activities.
• Sourcing of vendors, negotiating good deals, ensuring quality supplies and timely deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Inspect goods received and ensure that all items are in good condition, correct and comply to quality standards.
• Administration of inventory and good record keeping.
• Attends to any other procurement or admin-related duties from time to time as required.
