Marvant Evolutions is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through smart, data-led strategies. We specialize in paid media, content, and growth execution all built on measurable ROI. We’re expanding and looking for a sharp, hungry, and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to drive new client partnerships and strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build relationships with potential clients in industries such as Interior, Home & Living, Retail, F&B, and E-commerce.
• Qualify leads and understand client pain points, offering tailored marketing solutions (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Video, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, performance, strategy) to develop proposals and pitch decks.
• Lead client pitches and follow-ups to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and report on sales pipelines and conversion metrics.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and competitor offerings.
   

Job Requirements

• Required: At minimum, a diploma accreditation in any relevant field.
• Required: 2 years minimum of working experience in the business development or digital marketing field.
• This will be a basic + commission-based role and you will be rewarded for closing deals with clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to connect and interact with potential clients over call.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of the social media and digital marketing landscape.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an eye for quality content.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a proactive attitude and passion for the creative industry.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt your skillset to any situation, brand, or industry.
• Possess your own transport because you’ll be required to travel around frequently.
• Fluency in spoken and written English & Mandarin
