This role requires excellent strategic planning, analytical skills and ability to drive initiatives.What are you accountable for? 1. Business Strategy:<ul><li>Identify and evaluate new business opportunities</li><li>Develop and launch of new products and services</li><li>Assist in setting strategic direction for product portfolios</li><li>Support the submission of documents for applications and certifications.</li><li>Support the annual budget and business plan preparation</li></ul>2. Competitive Positioning Analysis:<ul><li>Conduct business and competitive analysis for new proposals to inform decision making and business negotiations.</li><li>Use consumer insights and data analytics to inform product pricing and market strategies.</li></ul>3. Market Research:<ul><li>Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies</li><li>Analyse existing and new products for actionable insights.</li><li>Perform regulatory scans and stay updated on industry trends, including market-based mechanisms.</li><li>Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the Manager.</li></ul>What do you need to have for this role?<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.</li><li>Demonstrated business development experience.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate business and financial acumen.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.</li></ul>What’s next?<ul><li>Once you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
