<li>To source, liaise, negotiate terms &amp; conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with vendor and suppliers</li>
<li>To enquire and obtain quotation and procure construction materials / equipment / services from vendor and suppliers&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To prepare cost comparison analysis &amp; statistic between potential suppliers</li>
<li>To handle on purchasing requisition, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing</li>
<li>To oversee purchasing operation</li>
<li>To coordinate with transporter / vendor / supplier to ensure delivery on time and in      good condition</li>
<li>To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the BOD.</li>
