<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage full set of accounts: General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.</li>
<li>Prepare and process monthly payroll, including statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).</li>
<li>Handle SST submissions and ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor and record inventory-related accounting transactions and cost of goods sold (COGS).</li>
<li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly financial reports (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and assist with year-end audits.</li>
<li>Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and government authorities as required.</li>
<li>Assist in cost accounting tasks specific to manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Prepare staff claims, monitor leave records, and support HR on payroll-related matters.</li>
<li>Support the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li>
<li>Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.</li>
