Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Account Assistant to support our finance and administrative team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage payments, invoice and other related documents
  • Compilation of financial documents
  • Manage petty cash, project claims and banking tasks
  • Manage office supplies and documentation
  • Provide assistance with basic HR responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication with colleagues, suppliers, clients, external auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents
  • Offer ad hoc support

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting/ Business related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Administration/ Accounting role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong communication in English
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software is an added advantage 
  • Willingness to take on varied tasks and responsibilities
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
