Job Description

  • Understand the company’s employee engagement strategy and objectives, and work with managers to ensure it is being executed
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify any areas of concern
  • Work with managers, team leads, and employees on their training needs.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work environment
  • Collect data on employee engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, and analyse results to identify trends
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather information to improve retention rates
  • Help managers develop plans to improve employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus groups, workshops, or other method
  • Attend to IR matters and any related issue arise.
  • Responsible as HR communicator and managing all the announcements and roll-out of any new benefits program.
  • Responsible for company branding and engagement through social media 

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or International Business.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience working at 5 years in Service Event Management, Team Building Organizer Company or Entertainment Event Company
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized work ethic.
