<li>Understand the company’s employee      engagement strategy and objectives, and work with managers to ensure it is      being executed</li>
<li>Conduct regular check-ins with      employees to gauge satisfaction levels and identify any areas of concern</li>
<li>Work with managers, team leads, and employees on their training needs.</li>
<li>Plan and execute company-wide events      and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work      environment</li>
<li>Collect data on employee engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, and analyse results to identify trends</li>
<li>Conduct exit interviews with      departing employees to gather information to improve retention rates</li>
<li>Help managers develop plans to improve      employee engagement through one-on-one meetings with employees, focus      groups, workshops, or other method</li>
<li>Attend to IR matters and any related      issue arise.</li>
<li>Responsible as HR communicator and      managing all the announcements and roll-out of any new benefits program.</li>
<li>Responsible for company branding and engagement through social media&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
