Job Description

 

  • Process customer orders and ensure accuracy of order details, including product, quantity, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as sales & marketing, production, warehouse, and shipping to guarantee prompt order fulfillment.
  • Keep customers informed about their order status and resolve any issues related to order processing or fulfillment, such as returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the system, encompassing customer and product information.
  • Continuously enhance order processing and fulfillment procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ad-hoc support.

Job Requirements

 

  • Tertiary education.
  • 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good attitude and proactively to take and manage customer cases
  • Good command in Cantonese and English with strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with Hong Kong team members and global clients.
