We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.The incumbent is responsible to assess the underlying risk profile of the company and generate quotations accurately on a timely manner.<h3>PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Underwrite new business and renewal business for Group Customers within the company specified approval limits.</li><li>Provide consistent and fair assessment based on the group’s underlying risk profile with customer’s best interest in mind.</li><li>Ensure quotation request is performed within service standard until customer outcome is delivered.</li><li>Adhere to Group Business Underwriting Guidelines and standards set.</li><li>Communicate with actuarial, reinsurers, technical services, agents on the more complex cases.</li><li>Accountable for portfolio management to ensure profitability objectives are consistently met.</li><li>Build and maintain the quotation tools to ensure the calculation is accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Support senior management in strategic planning, management deck preparation and reporting.</li><li>Other ad hoc assigned by supervisor</li></ul>Requirements:Qualifications<ul><li>Preferably candidates possessing Degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent in life insurance related field.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>5 years of experience in group business underwriting or pricing will be an added advantage.</li><li>Customer focused with excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude and excels under pressure.</li><li>Leadership skill</li></ul>Knowledge <ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Application e.g.&nbsp; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.</li></ul>&nbsp; Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
