Strategic Alignment &amp; Delivery Excellence&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Develop and implement project management initiatives aligned with strategic HR goals.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Establish best practices for project frameworks, ensuring standardization and efficiency.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of outcomes, addressing any delays or issues promptly.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Organize and facilitate governance forums such as Design Authority and SteerCo to enable strategic alignment on design and solution.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>2. Consultant Management &amp; Quality Control&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Oversee the work of the consultant supporting the project, providing guidance and direction as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure all deliverables are reviewed from a quality control standpoint, maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>3. Risk Management &amp; Mitigation&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Identify and raise risks associated with the project, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitate strong stakeholder management, engaging with CoE, HR, and HR Tech teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div>4.
