Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  2. Identify F&B business owners (restaurants, cafes, franchises) who can benefit from the training services offered by RISE Akademia.
  3. Invite potential clients to attend training preview sessions 
  4. Explore potential clients through phone calls, visitations, and networking events to create awareness on training services.
  5. Track and record all sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.

  • Proficient in telephone communication and presentation.
  • Competent in basic computer software applications.
