As our team continues to expand rapidly as a regional HUB, the HR Intern will play a key supporting role in maintaining accurate HR data, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting with HRDC-related documentation. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations while enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities.

Job Requirements

HR Data Management

• Support HR in data cleansing and consolidation of employee information collected since 2022.
• Organize and maintain employee records in a single, structured digital folder for easy reference.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality at all times.

HRDC (Human Resource Development Corporation) Support

• Assist in preparing, inputting, and updating information for HRDC training grant claims.
• Help manage documentation and reporting required under the Industrial Training Scheme (ITS).
• Work closely with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate submissions to HRDC.

Recruitment Support

• Assist in gathering and organizing candidate documentation once shortlisted.
• Maintain an orderly filing system for recruitment-related documents within the HR shared folders.
• Provide general support in job postings, candidate tracking, and coordination where needed.

Administrative Assistance

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team on ongoing projects and employee data-related tasks.
• Assist in ad hoc HR initiatives as assigned.
