JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Management
<ul>
<li>Assist with the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal-setting.</li>
<li>Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews, compiling feedback, and assisting in performance improvement plans.</li>
<li>Collect and analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Stay updated of industry best practices in performance management and incorporate innovative approaches.</li>

Recruitment &amp; On-boarding
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the entire recruitment activities within the assigned position, such as posting job ads via multiple channels, interview, reference checks, close offer, and conduct induction program for new employee.</li>
<li>Responsible end to end onboarding and offboarding of employees, including but not limited to induction and exit clearance.</li>
</ul>
