Talent Acquisition Intern (Learning-Based| Remote)

 Based in Puchong, Selangor

This is a learning-based internship with no allowance provided.
Gradiant is offering this opportunity for students or fresh graduates who are keen to gain hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition and recruitment coordination within a global organization.

This internship is structured as a practical learning experience, suitable for candidates seeking real-world exposure to recruitment operations beyond academic theory.

What You Will Learn

• How end-to-end recruitment coordination works in a corporate environment
   
• Interview scheduling, candidate communication, and hiring workflows
   
• How Talent Acquisition teams partner with hiring managers
   
• Exposure to recruitment trackers, systems, and reporting
   
• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
   

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the TA team in coordinating interviews and schedules
   
• Support candidate communication and follow-ups
   
• Help with job postings and maintaining recruitment trackers
   
• Assist with recruitment documentation and administrative tasks
   
• Provide general support to the TA team as part of the learning process
   

Internship Details

• Internship Type: Learning-based, unpaid internship
   
• Work Arrangement: Remote, with office visit to Puchong approximately once a month
   
• Duration: [3 / 6 months – to be confirmed]
