<li>Support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, KPIs, and foreign worker management</li>
<li>Maintain accurate employee records &amp; update HR databases.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting HR letters, reports, documents &amp; SOPs</li>
<li>Get involved in disciplinary processes, policy implementation, and performance management.</li>
<li>Participate in culture-building, employee engagement &amp; learning initiatives to build a WOW employee experience.</li>
<li>Be part of planning and executing company events and wellness activities.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
