Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations and customer experience. This role combines general administrative duties with e-commerce customer service support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced or online business environment.

Key Responsibilties:

Customer Service & E-commerce Support

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, website).
  • Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service.
  • Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries, pickups, and courier arrangements.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service professionalism.

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Issue invoices, prepare account statements, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., expense claims, reimbursements).
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier coordination.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Office & Operations Management

  • Organize appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Maintain proper records, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive documents or internal information.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including minute-taking and follow-ups.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma

At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar field or role.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Familiar with word processing and spreadsheet solutions (such as Microsoft / Google).

Able to work in the office.

A self-starter, fast learner, and hardworking who can work independently as well as in a team.

Working hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
