Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations and customer experience. This role combines general administrative duties with e-commerce customer service support, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, customers, and logistics. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced or online business environment.
Key Responsibilties: 
Customer Service &amp; E-commerce Support
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (e.g., Shopee, TikTok, website).</li>
<li>Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service.</li>
<li>Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries, pickups, and courier arrangements.</li>
<li>Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service professionalism.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Support
<ul>
<li>Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document control.</li>
<li>Issue invoices, prepare account statements, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g., expense claims, reimbursements).</li>
