What You'll Do:
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:

<li>Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to resume screening, interviewing, and selection.</li>
<li>Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.</li>
<li>Conduct employees exit interviews, exit essentials&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Design and manage competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and company policies.</li>
<li>Oversee employee benefits administration, including flexible benefits claims, health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.</li>
</ul>
Performance Management:
<ul>
<li>Assist in creating and implementing performance appraisal systems for all quarters.</li>
<li>Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement plans as needed (PEP)</li>
</ul>
Training &amp; Development:
<ul>
<li>Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employees.</li>
<li>Support career development and growth initiatives across the company.</li>
</ul>
Employee Relations:
<ul>
<li>Be the go-to contact for employees regarding HR queries and concerns.</li>
<li>Facilitate clear communication between management and employees, promoting a positive work environment.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Policy Management:
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li>
<li>Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
Employee Engagement &amp; Events:
<ul>
<li>Create and assign teams for event execution, overseeing the planning and management of each event.</li>
<li>Purchase birthday cakes for employees each month to celebrate their special day.</li>
<li>Manage the purchase of name cards for employees as needed.</li>
</ul>
