KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Sourcing and managing vendors to meet company’s supply requirements and budget.</li>
<li>Placing orders and ensuring goods/services are delivered within the committed deadlines.</li>
<li>Inspecting goods received to ensure adherence to quality and quantity specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and distribution of stock to clubs.</li>
<li>Updating purchase orders into Company’s ERP system and compilation of documents for payment.</li>
<li>Liaise with vendors pertaining to servicing of office / club equipment.</li>
<li>Perform regular stock audits at clubs –Club Visits.</li>
<li>Ensuring process in place for the necessary number of quotes and tenders before spending</li>
<li>Any other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time</li>
</ul>
