Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
     
  • Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution
     
  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the system
     
  • Assist in order processing, tracking, and follow-ups
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, IT) to ensure smooth service delivery
     
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
     
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and service metrics
     
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
     
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service or client support
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
     
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
     
  • Team player with good problem-solving abilities
     
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
