As the People Business Partner, you play a critical role in developing and supporting the execution of talent management programs and processes that are cascaded down from the APAC Director of Talent. The programs are focused on attracting, retaining and developing top talent at Tarro. Our talent programs and initiatives are created to be in line with the overarching people strategy at Tarro.
The talent management programs and processes include Performance Management, including performance calibration, Talent Review/Succession Planning, Promotions, Compensation Planning as well as supporting the development and growth of our People Managers as a coach and partner with front line managers to support the overarching employee experience.
